Dr. Gilmore was great the first time I saw her, then my visits with her just got progressively worse. She prescribed me to Clomid, and never told me to schedule a visit mid-cycle to get checked up. I found this information on my own, online. I asked her about why I hadn't been scheduled for a check up and she just made it look like my fault. Like I was supposed to know all the facets of a drug I was new to. SHE is the DOCTOR, NOT ME. Therefore, she needs to do her job. Furthermore, my insurance was hesitant to cover Clomid and all I needed from her was a small amount of paperwork so it could be accepted by my insurer, and she absolutely refused and said that they need to do their jobs if they want to get paid. She seemed annoyed as soon as she sat down with me. She was extremely rude and made it obvious she didn't want anything to do with me at that point. She apparently diagnosed me with a condition, but never told me in my 2 previous visits about this or what it was!!!! I was astounded when she said I had a condition. When I said what excitedly, she repeated the condition to me in a very slow manner, as if I was incredibly slow and/or stupid. Then she told me I would need to be on Clomid along with other hormone shots and Clomid alone won't work, when that's what she prescribed to me herself before. I had it with her at that point, all while keeping my composure. Then she got up and yelled YOU'RE WELCOME and slammed the door. I was in shock. There is absolutely no exaggeration here. You might read this and think I was being rude, but to anyone else with any sense or compassion, I would be an exemplary patient. She has some deep rooted issues, and was absolutely horrible to me. I will never, ever see her again and would recommend anyone I know looking for an infertility doctor or OBGYN to stay FAR away from this nutcase. Seriously, save yourself the trouble, hurt feelings, and time. There are much better doctors in Mobile for you!

All my questions are answered, and there is no feeling of rushing to complete my appointment. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. d
