This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. However, in person it's a different story. The provider seemed to give different answers at different times, and at times seemed condescending; he really did not seem at ease answering questions. It would be nice if he and the staff were more knowledgeable, consistent, and gracious. I did not find that they were at all concerned with making me feel comfortable, at ease, nor welcome, which is a pity because I was looking forward to being treated.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The provider was condescending and uninformed. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Dr Hernberg did Radiesse injections below my mouth ,on both sides... one side was very bruised & after a week i could see that it made NO difference at all !! after paying almost $700 ...actually i have what appears to be a look & feel of 2 marble shapes below my mouth... i`m TOTALLY disappointed with his lack of knowledge & professionalism.... i will visit the office this week & give him a piece of my mind !!! i would NEVER recommend this Dr... for ANY kind of procedure......SO BEWARE ......SPREAD THE WORD !!!!

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
