The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.
