One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The office was easy enough to find. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
