Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
