I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
