The staff is friendly and they tried their best to fit me in in an emergency. The Dr. is nice and has a very dry sense of humor, which I love! My wife now goes to him for routine care. I would recommend him.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They seem to really enjoy their jobs. And the doctor is kind and careful. He treated my 6 year old, apprehensive son gently, with respect and some humor. Parking is easy but the wait can go either way. We've gotten in quickly and we've waited 30 minutes. The office is very clean. I would recommend this doctor!

Not only was Dr. Kaplan unprofessional with a comment he made during my first visit, that his staff also did not follow up with my lab results!! I called and the receptionist was very short and not pleasant at all. My problem needed medical attention. It may not seem important to them, but when medication is involved you need to followup with your patients. I guess talking about not work related things are more important. Definitely not a place to recommend anyone to.
