Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
No, they take every concern of mine seriously
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Somewhat, they should have been more polite

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.
I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
