I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Dr. Tozzi is very attentive, personable, and kind. She provides me with sound advice about healthy living and what preventative measures to take given my health/family health history. Staff members in this medical office are also very friendly and helpful. They are good about communicating with the patients. I never have to wait long. To get here by car, you want to take a right from Warren Street, up the driveway towards St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, and follow the signs to the medical office building (11 Nevins Street).
