Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
