There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait can be as long as an hour and a half in the afternoon if he gets behind. However, it is always worth the wait. Dr. Genovese knows his stuff and makes sure I understand my foot problems before I leave. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were so kind and attentive to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Genovese to others
