The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. In fact my son already has an appointment to see Dr. Kornreich. He was very considerate and professional and I did not walk out with 3-5 biopsy sites nor was I pressured into a full body scan.
