when I called, I explained that I had NO insurance, they proceded to tell me that they needed a office visit then the procdure would be scheduled, they office visit was very expesive, and then no quote was given for the actual colonoscopy, I am on a budget and cannot afford the 1000. + that they were quoting there fore I felt that they were taking advantage of the fact that I was paying cash , out of pocket ! I am a male, over the age of 62.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
