Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

Dr Kalhor was a referral from a previous patient. Based on speaking with previous patient at one time service and treatment was handled in a positive manner. Doctor and especially staff should work on improving their professional ability and reputation. I was never able to relax during my appointment., over booking resulted in extremely long waiting periods (2-3 hrs). I was on edge the whole time. I wasn't impressed with their level of service; was the worst service which I have ever encountered anywhere else. Every time I visited, I had to remind myself of hope my medical issue would be addressed and remedied in a professional and timely manner. After approx. four visits came to conclusion this office only concern is to make money and could care less about patients, treatment, and patient well being. I only give it one star-based on Dr. may have the skill & ability but is hindered by how she operates her practice.
