I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. 2 visits in about 20-25 min in exam room. I was amazed at how they sched me for a 7 am appt and showed up about 30 min late. They were polite enough, but didn't have my referral for orthotics & still charged me copay. All Dr K did was replace the tape on my feet. Never bothered to reschedule or call me back after i left message re: orthotics ref. Dr K suggested he'd do the cast for my orthotics & I'd bring it to Hangar (lab). Lacey didn't bother to ask Dr K his plan, she wasn't proactive in helping me.
