I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. While waiting to see the podiatrist I noticed how comfortable they have made their waiting room area. The chairs were so comfy and it was nice to sit and relax for a second before my appointment. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

I was very pleased with how friendly and welcoming they were. They made me feel right at home the moment I arrived. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

The office was easy enough to find. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

I LOVE this doctor and his staff. Kind, considerate, willing to listen, competent.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
