. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care . They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was in a lot of pain after my visit I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I had bottom of the foot area pain, and a pair of custom sport orthotics was ordered. I got the orthotics 3 days before a marathon run, Dr. Richie recommended strongly refrain from running the full marathon. I ended up doing the 13.1 miles instead. With the orthotics, the pain went away. Ever since February of 2011, I have completed half ironman, full ironman, 3 half marathons and 1 full marathon --- all wearing the orthotics.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
