One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Dr. Roe really is very friendly and quick about his procedures. The results have been AMAZING...much better than we had hoped. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love Dr. Roe and highly encourage anyone considering seeing a podiatrist in our area to see Dr. Roe.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. He is very professional and a great doctor.
