DO NOT ALLOW HIM to perform SURGERY! If you've got an ingrown toenail or something simple you will be fine but he is not a skilled SURGEON. When the surgery didn't go well, the friendly charm dissappears and he suddenly has no answers and is quick to dump you off. Find someone qualified!
