They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

I like everything about Dr. Arons and the staff and my toe surgery July 2010, except I feel a lump in the toe bone area that does not look normal. I will call today and make an apptmt to see Dr. Arons again. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
