I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
