Dr. Spector made sure every single question I had was answered and is always available if there are any concerns. Their staff is friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The office felt clean, warm, and professional. I was extremely impressed! All my questions were answered and I would definitely recommend Dr. Spector to anyone.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Dr was very short, hardly spoke a word to me, and actually threw orthotics in my lap. THREW them. He just seemed cocky and full of himself and didn't really explain anything to me.
