No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I have always been very happy with the care I have received from Dr. Frank. My family and I have been going to Family Foot & Ankle Associates for a number of years now and are always pleased with the service. I will continue to refer family and friends to Dr. Frank with any foot and ankle problems they have.

Was this provider's office too cold?
Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The waiting room chairs were not the best I have seen, they could definitely use an upgrade.
