They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
