It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. He also has a very nice partner at the office now. The women who work with him are kind and also knowledgeable . I shall continue to use this provider

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
