They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
