Dr. Grappel paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. He is a good doctor but the staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I have an appointment at 11 am but one patient came and cut the line. The secretary let her and when I told her I have an appointment at 11 am, she told me to sit down and wait for my turn. I told her I am waiting for 45 minutes (since I always come 15 minutes before my time) already. She said, well, if you don't tell me you are there waiting, then I wouldn't know. I told her I signed on the sheet. She said, I still wouldn't know, it's kinda hard to see the sheet where I'm sitting. Instead of apologizing she was being rude and abnoxious.Next time you go to Dr. Grappel's office, make sure you let her rude secretary know you are waiting before somebody else cut the line for you. They don't have a good system of who gets to be seen first. Secretary just kinda sits there and chitchat. Sad!

Staff was fine, I didnt wait more than a few minutes (++). Doctor was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed my problem, established a treatment plan and I am happy with the results.
