I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was so relieved when they offered me a remedy for my condition.Before I knew it I was feeling better. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Instead of just recommending surgery right away I was presented with many treatment options here. I knew if I had to get surgery, it would be their last resort.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. All in all, a good experience.

They were great, except when we got there they said they didn't have my daughter down for her appointment (whoever made the appointment didn't book it). But they got us in right away anyway. :)
