I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Gettin results from test seems to be a problem. Maybe its me, but should i have to call to get my results. I dont know if thats how it works. My family doctor always calls me for test results.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. One problem, I have had situations where I have left messages for a return call and have not been called. Had to be persistant to speak with the doctor.
