He listens carefully to my complaints. He is thorough in his examination and diagnostic testing. He considers a wide differential. He employs up-to-date diagnostic techniques. He is calm and personable.

He was late for some of my appointments, but I understand as he has more important issues and most of my appointments are follow-ups. He is always apologetic and never assumes my time is not as valueable as his. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I never had to doubt Dr. Hughes qualifications and know he is qualifed and concerned when he has doubts about medication not working. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
