I started seeing Dr. Xian in 2002. Back then, he was amazing. Anxious to help, anxious to work with me and ambitious with my care. Now, he's become so popular that he's over-booked and rarely available. The office staff is quick to push me off on his nurse practitioner instead of getting me an appointment with him. He's not interested in trying new things to help treat me and barely speaks to me while I'm in the exam room. It's become so frustrating that I've found a new doctor. I respect the man tremendously and appreciate how he helped me 10 years ago, but he's become too busy to offer the care I need now.
