I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They answered all of my questions and seemed to really know what they were talking about. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
