The staff is a huge problem there. Rude. Refuse to let me speak with the doctor, tried to force me to come in when it could be handled over the phone (refills, explaining lab work) The office manager wants to make money so they FORCE you to come in. I was yelled at by the office manager for calling to reschedule an appointment. He needs better staff who care about the patients. Too bad, Miscovitch is a good doctor!

Dr Miscovich is my Tricare Primary Care Manager. When I needed him to give me a referral while I was off island, his office help refused to give me a referral, refused to transfer my call to the Doc. Refused to take a message for the Doc. At one point they hung up on me. All I need is a referral to see a local doc. Way to take care of the Veterans in your charge!

THE DOCTOR'S AREN'T THE PROBLEM!!!! The Staff, and they know who they are, are the problem! For years I have dealt with the, on hold forever," got disconnected, your late....reschedule! so what if you have to wait sometimes up to 2 hours for your appt.! messages not given, meds not ordered and the list goes on and on! The staff NEEDS education on how to deal with clients who don't feel well! So many good staff have come and gone in that office and maybe Mr. Miscovich should look into this before he loses anymore clients!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Excellent Doctor, I am very happy with the service provided. Sometimes there may be a longer waiting time, however I always schedule in extra time. Dr. Miscovich really cares and takes the time to solve the problem. Staff is friendly and helpful. too.
