They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

I have been a patient for over 10 years and have found the staff to be highly professional. Dr. Golzari is a nice, gentle, friendly physician and I have not encountered any negative experiences there..

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately.. The doctor is respected by his staff and there seems to be good feeling among those who work with him. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there. The doctor is one of the best I've ever seen in his field. I will not hesitate to return to this facility..

Dr. Golzari is one of the best doctors out there. Definitely cream of the crop. I think it is from his extensive experience and background surgical training. He doesn't do a lot of unnecessary (read expensive) and useless tests, and gets the right diagnosis every time. Their office was well organized and clean. Dr. Golzari went out of his way to make me feel special and respected, and is always very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. He always make an extra effort to make me feel well cared for. He always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
