Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
