I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
