Rudest, most combative office staff I’ve ever seen. Arrived 10 minutes early. Doctor obviously running late. Waiting room full, many people on sign-in list ahead of me. Asked receptionist how long the wait was (had to be home in 1 hour 15 minutes to meet kids after school). "There's no wait. The doctor's not running late." Waited 20 minutes. Receptionist called to give new-patient paperwork. Asked again how long wait was. Still many people in front of me. Receptionist said there was no wait. I pointed out it was 2:10 and my appointment was 2:00, so obviously there was a wait. Receptionist said the wait was only for new patients who took a long time to fill out paperwork. I said I had not been given any paperwork, so the delay until then had nothing to do with filling out paperwork. Receptionist told me to go to a different doctor. As I was leaving, the receptionist loudly said something like, "That's the way we do it in this office." Never had such bad treatment in a doctor’s office.

Dr. Mancuso is great! He seems to be very experienced and knowledgeable in his field. The staff, not so much. There were ringing cell phones with ringtones, loud talking, and even addressing the patients as Baby, Love, Sweetheart, etc instead of Mr. or Ms. Not the most professional but very social and friendly. He should look into hiring and training seperate staff for Madison, AL.

The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she was smart with me & when I told her she was being a smart aleck she refused to make the appt & then proceeded to hang up the phone on me! YES, hung up on me! I wonder if Dr. Mancuso knows that his staff is running his patients off by refusing to make appts & hanging up the phone on them!? I don't know many physicians who would approve of that!
