The Staff was very rude! They hung up on me not once but twice! I called and was very polite to ask a question about my Bill. I explained that I was told I wouldn't get charged for a consultation and that I received a bill for $80. I will never go back there again and believe me I will spread the word. They were almost 1/2 hr late for my appointment. I had a 30 second consultation that I didn't need and was billed $80.

I have no problems paying a bill that is due but was told that with my insurance coverage there was no charge for consultation. I can't believe they didn't appoligizel. I will see if I get a call back from Dr. Valentine like i requested.
