They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been to. I couldn't believe how great the clinic looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the appearance. It was one of the best looking clinics I've ever seen. Occasionally they will have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, from time to time they will have some sort of discount.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced nicely. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. This acupuncturist has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment which is super convenient. They also have a strong online presence in multiple directories.
