I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They definitely take customer satisfaction and peace of mind into account.

Yes. It was obvious that they all respected one another.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Was this acupuncturist friendly?
Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
Did the needles hurt?
No, and I'm scared of needles and I felt fine.
