I went to the Foggy Bottom office. A wonderfully professional and peaceful environment. Dr Gao was able with multiple frequent treatments to help my problem, which other practitioners have not been able to do. I think she has top skills. However, when I found she was charging me $25 a bottle for a herb available (identical brand/bottle) online for $5, I felt extremely betrayed. Also when I mentioned that my insurance did not cover her but I'd like to suggest her as an in-network provider, she suggested I just change insurance. I felt she was more greedy than caring.

The office was quiet. I have been in offices before that are really noisy and it is so irritating. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Since the first experience I had with the office was the parking situation, I started off on the right foot! The parking was easy to find and available.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I have gone to see Dr. Gao for many years. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit. I have been helped with many problems that other practictioners could not help. No matter how many years between, Dr. Gao always remembers me. Every client is important, made to feel comfortable and receives top care.

They truly go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at tons of places, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was quite impressed! Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable and have never canceled on me.
