Dr. Broadwell is a very nice man. However, his approach to medicine is antiquated at best. I presented in his office with very severe allergies. During a period of nine months he assured me that he could help me. But, after nine that nine-month period he told me that I should see an allergist. He should have told me that in the beginning. Instead, he kept trying to cure my allergies through homeopathics and a dietary regimen that kept making me sicker and sicker. By the time I got to the allergist, I was so sick that I wished that I had just died (not joking) – I had a very severe infection that he should have addressed! I have never suffered so much in my life. I have been unable to work for a year and a half and am unable to go out publicly. I do not believe that I would have gotten nearly this sick if I had gone directly to an allergist. Although Dr. Broadwell is a compassionate physician, I wish that I had never visited his office!

He is very knowledgeable, patient and nice. He will help you with any ailments you might have. His office is great. He is punctual and very helpful. You have to play your part and be a good patient!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never been treated with more kindness and empathy. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them just one time. All of my questions were answered, and I definitely feel much more confident and hopeful about my health. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Its great that they always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting long and are so quick to reply.

Drs Broadwell are excellent physicians. They take as much time as required to fully understand your situation, and they have many different treatment methods to choose from. My wife and I have greatly benefited from their care, and we recommend them to our friends that have an open mind to healing methods that are outside of the standard AMA regimen.
