Yes, the equipment is very advanced!

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Did this acupuncturist wear an obnoxious perfume or cologne?
No, they didn't wear any fragrance

It was immaculate

Absolutely! They made an enormous impact

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

John Walz answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like he rushed my appointment. He and his wife have great customer service. They always put their clients first. John is extremely knowledgeable in the elements of Chinese herbal medicine, and incorporated them into my treatment and it really helped alleviate my symptoms.

They provided comprehensive holistic care. They knew that just treating my symptoms wouldn't be effective

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because it made me uncomfortable. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly I can be taken care of. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I feel so confident that this acupuncturist will do whatever is necessary to free me of pain! We are a team and I love how confident the whole office is in the practice!
