They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

Paula is flexible with appointment times and is open on Saturdays, which is a big help for my schedule. I have referred many friends to Paula for nutritional counseling, dietary programs and intestinal disease issues. She is extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed my gluten intolerance on my first visit nearly 6 years ago, something that none of my doctors could figure out in more than 40 years! I have been feeling great for the last 6 years due to Paula! Thank you Paula for all that you have done for me and my family & friends!

I am a practicing Internist and have been using Ms Mendelsohn's expertise for my patients for over 20 years. I finally went to her myself 10 years ago and have been healthier for it ever since. She is extremely thorough and is able to tailor your plan to your needs. Her one on one supportive style is excellent. I have not found any other nutrtionist to be as concerned and thorough as she.
