The staff returns phone calls and accommodates customer conveniently - not turning away a customer/patient in need. The office is nicely organized and functional with a professional atmosphere and warm interaction, calm and understanding; they do care about the patient visit and seek to provide help in ways they can - impressive in such direction.
This is a chiropractor office, which can give a varying degree of solution. In my case, I received good advice, and the doctor's interest was comforting. Considering everything, the actual input of contact/manipulating work could have been better. My general/current reviewt: this office is much better than most, but needs to expand its business and service savvy (already good enough) with more resources for patients. That is, to help patients have a deeper understanding and perspectives - conducive to the determined treatment/therapy. The doctor is one of the best you meet and provides a few references, which would be more helpful by informative materials such as brochure references, and so on, which in turn help anyone visualize the body and work towards specific goals. Resources (libraries, internet) may be abundant but may not provide the best case interpretation as the doctor would. Chiropractor treatment may work wonders, but not everyone expects a miracle or magic. Interaction with the chiropractor is incremental; so is the work/ improvement on specific pain problems which expands outside the office. The visits would bring more value when including infomative holistic background and reliable referencing for continuous work and awareness.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
