I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
