Dr. Yassin has a very peculiar bedside manner. He made my daughter a bit uncomfortable, and consequently me, too. But he's very thorough.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

My son and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Yassin and his staff. They gained our confidence with their professional yet personal care. Dr. Yassin interacted directly with my child, entertained him and engaged him in the visit. He spoke directly to him, and included him in the questions and explanation which made my son feel important while developing trust in his provider. I am tremendously grateful we were able to be seen quickly, have a thorough evaluation and now a plan in place to improve the health of my child!

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
