Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
