Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Office staff not welcoming at all and seemed annoyed with questions. Dr. Markouizos very professional, welcoming, and attentive to child. He answered questions promptly, was comforting to child, and a general pleasure to deal with. My oldest child, now a teenager, adores him.
