Their advanced and sophisticated equipment was like none I've ever seen before. I was very impressed with how high tech everything in their office was. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
